Customer satisfaction is our top priority! We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and unopened, except for items marked as “final sale.” Used products cannot be returned.

You can cancel your order at any time before the shipping process begins. Once your order has entered the shipping stage, it will be considered a return, and the return procedure outlined below will apply.

How to return an online order:

1. Email contact@freshiova.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Freshiova will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
3. Print and include the Return Form with your package.
4. Carefully repack the items.
5. Ship the package via your preferred carrier.

Please note that we will cover the return shipping costs for you, except in cases where the return is due to a change of mind, an incorrect item being ordered, or a preference for a different product. In these situations, the return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Once we receive your returned items, Freshiova will issue a refund to your original payment method. Returns should be sent to:
