Shipping
We process and ship orders only on weekdays, excluding statutory holidays. Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is shipped; however, you may notice a temporary hold on your account until that time.
Shipping from the USA
All orders are shipped from the United States. Standard shipping and handling fees apply, but Freshiova offers free shipping on purchases over $40. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and any applicable duties or taxes are excluded.
Currently, we ship only within United States.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority! We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and unopened, except for items marked as “final sale.” Used products cannot be returned.
Products purchased from retail stores must follow the store’s return policies and must be returned to the original place of purchase.
How to return an online order:
- Email contact@freshiova.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Freshiova will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Print and include the Return Form with your package.
- Carefully repack the items.
- Ship the package via your preferred carrier.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned items, Freshiova will issue a refund to your original payment method. Returns should be sent to:
